Important note
The items we offer for sale are lovingly hand made by experienced and skilled craftspeople. The following features may be expected. These are not faults, but indeed the charms of hand made toys and materials.
- Variations and inconsistencies in the colouring of materials.
- Variations between products. Because of the methods used to create our toys and materials no two items will ever be the same.

As such, with the exception of one-off and custom items, please expect slight differences between items you receive and the images on our website.

Warranty
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We make no other warranty, express or implied, and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose which exceeds the foregoing warranty is hereby disclaimed. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Fairy Ring shall not be responsible or liable for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

Our warranty is offered for a period of 30 days.

Refund policy
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that you consider to be faulty please contact us immediately via email and describe the problem as best you can. In the case of a fault we reserve the right to replace or repair the item at our discretion.
